Sophia Wood is the Executive Assistant for the Pfizer Ventures team. Sophia joined the team in 2018 and serves as the core administrative partner managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless operations that drives team efficiency.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Sophia held various administrative roles at companies including Mount Sinai School of Medicine, NYU Langone Medical Center, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
