Boyoon Choi is Senior Corporate Counsel at Pfizer. Since joining Pfizer in 2021, Boyoon has served as co-counsel to Pfizer Ventures, providing transactional and general legal advice in connection with its equity investing and portfolio management activities. Boyoon has advised on numerous equity and debt financings of both private and public companies as well as strategic fund investments by Pfizer. Boyoon also represents Pfizer in connection with M&A transactions, divestitures and licenses, including most recently the acquisition of Seagen.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Boyoon was legal counsel for a global diversified pharmaceutical company, including its corporate venture arm, and an asset manager with over $900 billion in assets under management. Boyoon holds a J.D. from Columbia University (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) and a B.A. from Barnard College (summa cum laude) and is admitted to practice law in New York.
