Dawn Rogers Appointed Executive Vice President of Pfizer Worldwide Human Resources
NEW YORK, N.Y., April 30 - Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) today announced that Dawn Rogers will become Executive Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources, effective June 1, 2018. She is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Chief Operating Officer, Albert Bourla. Ms. Rogers will report directly to Chairman and CEO Ian Read and join Pfizer’s Executive Leadership team.
Ms. Rogers joined the Company in 1999 as Senior Director of HR for US Sales. Since then, she has held positions of increasing responsibility across Pfizer’s HR function. Prior to Pfizer, she held HR leadership roles with Serono and Kos Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Rogers holds an MA in Management from Lesley University and a BA in Psychology from Moravian College.
“Dawn’s experience spans Pfizer’s global business, including leadership roles supporting the commercial businesses, research and development and enabling functions,” said Pfizer Chairman and CEO Ian C. Read. “Her expertise in her field and strategic partnership makes her an excellent choice to lead the Worldwide Human Resources organization.”
Charles H. Hill III, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources since 2010, will transition to a new advisory role working with Mr. Read and Albert Bourla, Chief Operating Officer.
