In Rochester, Michigan, King Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Pfizer, manufactures and packages penicillin, the only approved treatment for late stage syphilis.

The Rochester site is a single line process, including micronizing and dispensing, gel compounding, formulation, syringe filling and packaging.
