Lindsay is an accomplished attorney with more than 23 years of experience providing counsel to pharmaceutical companies. In her role as Senior Vice President of Executive Operations and Chief of Staff and Counsel to the Chairman and CEO of Pfizer Inc., Lindsay serves as a strategic advisor and thought leader to the CEO, and is responsible for driving communication, collaboration and alignment across all executive operations.
In her previous role as SVP, Chief Compliance & Risk Counsel, Lindsay led a team of over 180 colleagues responsible for Regulatory Quality Assurance, Compliance, and risk management for Oncology, R&D, Medical, Global Supply, ESG Programs. Lindsay advised leaders on proactive risk management to advance Pfizer’s purpose—breakthroughs that change patients’ lives—with quality, integrity, and compliance. She also supported Pfizer’s Chief Sustainability Officer in advancing the enterprise ESG strategy, governance, and programmatic risk management.
Before she joined Pfizer, Lindsay was a partner at the law firm DLA Piper LLP, focusing on litigation, compliance, and programmatic prevention and risk management. She is originally from California and earned her law degree from Pepperdine and her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
