About Transformation & Project Management (T&PM)

The T&PM team is responsible for leading centralized transformation, innovation, and metrics and measurement. They have an expanded scope, focusing on centralized transformation, innovation, and performance management, delivered through the creation of six core teams (Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Services Transformation, Enterprise Transformation & Operations, Corporate Finance Transformation, Services Metrics & Measurement, Innovation & Continuous Improvement).

T&PM provides best-in-class simplification, innovation and cross-platform expertise across Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS), Finance and beyond. By leveraging the GBS global delivery model from project origination and identification through transformation, stabilization and measurement, T&PM helps support a mindset of continuous performance improvement.
