Proud, humbled, and honored to receive a 100% score for the 19th year on Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index of Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality! We couldn't have achieved this without the support of our over 90k colleagues, who are as diverse as the patients and communities we serve. Launched in 2002, the HRC Foundation's Corporate Equality Index has become a roadmap and benchmarking tool for U.S. businesses in the evolving field of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer equality in the workplace. The HRC Foundation is committed to keeping the criteria for the CEI rigorous, fair and transparent by identifying emerging best practices that improve the experiences of LGBTQ employees of participating businesses.
Pfizer received high rankings in the 2024 Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) Corporate Inclusion Index™ (CII). This research initiative measures Hispanic inclusion in the C-suite, corporate boardroom, supplier base, mid-, entry-level employee pipeline, and philanthropic sphere.

This survey by Forbes and market research company Statista involved 150,000 full-time and part-time workers around the world who work for multinational organizations. They were asked to rate how willing they were to recommend their own employers to friends and family. It’s a real honor to have made the list.
