PWR’s Purpose
PWR’s vision is to build an equitable future for ALL women at Pfizer. We aim to promote an inclusive, global culture that embraces gender diversity and maximizes business results by unlocking the full potential of women. PWR promotes career empowerment through opportunities to network and gain access to tools and resources that will help members take their careers to the next level. The group fosters a culture of equity and inclusion in which everyone can feel seen and heard. Collaborating with other CRGs and local chapters, as well as external partnerships, PWR works to drive action around equity and creates broader opportunities for member colleagues.
