The mission of the Pfizer Latino Community is to unleash the power of Latino talent to support Pfizer in being an amazing workplace for all. By amplifying Pfizer diversity, we aim to ensure that every colleague’s strengths can be recognized, celebrated, and leveraged toward our shared success. We do this by nurturing meaningful relationships and providing access for all members to resources for personal and professional growth, including professional groups and conferences to build leadership and networking skills.
