The Global Black Community (GBC) is committed to creating an environment where all colleagues can reach their full potential, celebrate—and be celebrated —for their contributions to Pfizer, while being their best and most authentic selves. GBC does this, in part, by delivering best-in-class, diverse programs to enrich and develop our colleagues, retain the brightest and best talent, and positively impact at-risk and underserved communities.
