Clinical Research Assistant Part-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide regional administrative support within the Global Clinical Site Operations organization
- Order/maintain/operate routine office equipment
- Complete routine assignments independently
- Maintain calendars; make travel arrangements and schedule meetings, teleconferences, and video conferences for senior management and staff
- Organize visits and meetings (agenda, reservations, logistics)
- Create and format presentations, spreadsheets, and key documents using internal and external databases
- Interact with line/zone colleagues in a constructive, professional way to process requests and deliver a wide level of service
- Maintain departmental Insight and/or SharePoint folders and distribution lists
- Provide support for clinical drug supply related activities
QULIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate or Graduate students from mainly Pharmacy, Biology, Molecular Biology or Biomedical Engineering departments who are willing to work part time for a minimum of 1,5 - 2 years
- Able to work minimum 2,5-3 days/week
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Result oriented, open minded and eager to learn
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
