职责概述
医学信息沟通地区经理负责管理所辖区域的一切业务,包括制订和实施区域的业务目标和发展计划,建立一个业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队。对客户的需求做出适当反应以达成或超越区域的各项业务目标。对医学信息沟通专员的行为进行规范和监管,对他们的专业技能提升和学习发展规划提供辅导和支持。
主要工作和任务
1.制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划,推动团队完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务。
2.招聘符合公司基本要求的人员(包括各种雇佣形式和编制),定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估,实施奖惩或激励措施。
3.制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划,规范其工作行为,确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。
4.制订并执行提升团队成员的专业知识和技能的计划,并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
5.通过有计划的随访,在与专员讨论区域销售及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导。
6.监控和分析市场发展趋势,挖掘区域市场机会,为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议。
7.协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动,合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程,确保其真实有效地开展。
8.与区域内关键客户保持持续的沟通,建立并持续优化合作伙伴关系。
9.熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策,必要情况下可根据公司的要求,与相关职能部门合作,参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作。
10.建立和保持有效沟通系统,包括定期召开地区会议,定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展,与其他部门建立协作关系。
11.为制订和修改销售相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议,以实现高效率的销售运作。
12.支持公司的各项创新举措,带领团队成员执行新举措,并且主动探索创新的机会和方法。
13.完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
任职要求
•教育:
-大学专科及以上学历,医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业优先。
•技能:
-熟练使用MS Office,英语良好。
-具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识。
-具备较强的影响力和策略性思维能力。
-具备较强的沟通,计划,组织和问题解决能力。
-具备较强的团队合作意识。
-具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力。
-善于自我激励,自我挑战和管理压力。
•经验:
-至少3年制药行业同等公司的销售工作经验,具备符合合规要求的优秀的业绩记录, 具备管理潜力。
-有制药行业销售管理经验者优先。
•诚信:
-能够严格管理自己的行为,确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律,包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信,保持真实透明,在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。
•内部申请资格:
-内部申请人需符合现行合规调查流程,处分等级&时限等的要求。
-至少有2年以上辉瑞销售工作经验;萌芽优先。
-过去两年的销售业绩,达成率&增长率需达到或超过团队平均水平。
