ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for technical delivery of medium to high complexity SAP Commerce Cloud Spartacus (Composable Storefront) development. Mentor and lead onsite and offshore SAP Spartacus UI developers in the design and development of customizing and extending the Spartacus Commerce Storefront for B2B. Duties include working with business clients to translate complex UX and business requirements and processes for diverse development platforms and computing environments; coordinating project activities with business clients and other IT organizations; and acting as an expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the front-end development process. Manage project deliverables and plans using project management skills and tools.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading UI design on SAP Composable Storefront (aka Spartacus) based on requirements across multiple markets with different languages and currencies
Lead UI development including hands-on work on SAP Composable Storefront
Strong Experience with Commerce and REST API in context of Spartacus UI design & development
Review the technical design and code delivered by developers (on and offshore), for quality and efficiency.
Ensure that the technical development deliverables adhere to Pfizer’s development standards, processes and methodologies
Excellent Communication skills including preparation of design and development specification documents.
Core Skill required Angular, HTML5, TypeScript, NgRx and RxJS
Integration Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud WCMS Module and Spartacus
Perform code reviews, ensuring the team is consistently producing optimal code.
Experience with Commerce Backoffice
Coordinate UX design efforts
Collaborate with the Functional and Commerce Leads and developers in AGILE mode, provide input in estimating effort and resources, and develop appropriate timelines for project completion.
Effectively communicate information to the team leads and ensure that the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
Manage both onsite and offshore UI contractors assigned to UI development tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field.
Overall 9+ years of relevant experience including -
3+ years SAP Spartacus UI development experience
6+ years’ experience in Angular and Full Stack development
6+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Commerce Cloud Delivery experience
Strong understanding of Commerce UI Testing and Release Management processes
Knowledge of the Commerce Cloud Architecture and System Design
Understanding in SAP Order to Cash process including Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Invoicing, and Accounts Receivable
AGILE Team work experience required
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Occasional additional hours in the evening or weekends as necessitated by workload, project timelines, or meetings with global vendors and peers.
Periodic travel, both Domestic and International, up to 15%.
