Pfizer is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies with an innovative pipeline and a commitment to secure access for multiple Breakthrough medicines in the coming years. We are now looking for a Senior Market Access Manager for Denmark and Iceland to help us achieve the objective.
Role responsibilities
You will be developing our Market Access strategies & driving HTA & Access processes for Pfizer Breakthrough products.
You will develop & roll out an engagement strategy with key payers and other relevant opinion leaders to support market access activities
You will develop and create partnership/collaboration projects with key external stakeholders
You will demonstrate access leadership in cross-functional teams and secure involvement where appropriate
You will work closely with colleagues in the FIND Cluster Access & Value team, colleagues from across functions in Pfizer FIND Cluster as well as with colleagues in the Global organizations
About you
In this role you will use your experience to engage both internally with key stakeholders to drive access processes and externally with stakeholders in the payer environment.
Furthermore, you have:
An established track-record in overcoming access hurdles and ensuring access for patients to innovative treatments
Minimum 10 years of work experience from a leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology company or related consultancy or within government or Health Technology Assessment body
An academic education (Master of Science, MBA or PhD in Health Economics, Market Access, Pharmaceutical Science, Public Health or related discipline)
Strong health economic and excel skills and proven ability to build, redesign and customize excel models for both HTA and pricing
Preferably experience developing Real World Evidence
Knowledge of Healthcare industry & external trends; Assessing impact of (internal & external) changes on the Health Care System
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to drive and influence peers in complex (matrix) organization
Availability to national and international travelling
Fluency in oral and written English and Danish is mandatory
Knowledge of and experience of working within Pfizer’s therapeutically areas is preferred.
