Sr Finance Associate

The Tax Senior Finance Process Associate is Responsible for ensuring Tax transactions are properly recorded for China serviced by Pfizer Global Tax team

Detail Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of the tax compliance work for the in-charge entities, including collecting financial data, performing tax calculation, forecast calculation and following on completion of the tax payment etc. to ensure the filing data are accurate and fully in line with the tax law and regulations. The taxes include corporate tax, indirect tax, withholding tax and other small taxes ;
• Perform month- end close tax relative activities and align deadline ;
• Reconcile tax accounts including reconciliation with tax returns ;
• Perform the tax related documents filings;
• Support preparation of the tax reports, tax documents and other submissions as required by the tax bureau ;
• Participate in projects relative of tax;
• Establish tax processes necessary for steady state operation;
• Analyze tax process continue improvement opportunity
• Ability of breaking tax problem down and find root cause to find new way or existing solution to fix ;
• Help to create a work atmosphere conducive to a high degree of integrity and teamwork

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Products
• SAP experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Tax, Finance Accounting, or related major
• 3-5 years of related experience in tax is required, international company preferred
• Fluent in both verbal and written English;
• Holder of CPA, CTA preferred
