Assist line manager and designated task managers in supporting proactive compliance programs and initiatives, and providing compliance related advice, project review and support to business groups in the China Region. Responsibilities focused on supporting compliance initiatives and working with the China Compliance Lead and senior business leaders in directing and managing risk assessment and risk management activities, including policies, local SOPs, monitoring, training, programs and practices to ensure compliant business operations, and driving a culture of integrity within China.
Responsibilities:
- Support China compliance policy & SOP update, hold periodic cross-function revisit, evaluation of policies to fit global/legal/industry association requirements.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders from business and enabling functions (e.g., Legal, Finance, Medical, etc.) on implementation of various processes and procedures required by policy.
- Provide compliance country SOP related advice to China business teams.
- Develop and implement in-country compliance risk diagnosis/assessments and management strategies.
- Coordinate with Corporate Compliance and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective management and resolution of investigation and audit.
- Data analytics related tasks.
- Other compliance related affairs as directed and designated by PBG China Compliance Lead from time to time, including but not limited to project based or other per need basis compliance support
Qualifications:
- University degree in legal, finance, business, or other professional areas.
- Bachelor's or above degree required.
- Ideally, the candidate will have 3+ years of related compliance programs or compliance roles. Prior experience with or exposure to business functions such as legal, compliance, internal risk controls, and audit teams, preferred with healthcare MNCs.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint. Specialties in data analysis tool, e.g., Power BI, are preferred.
