Introducing the Pfizer Global Supply Rotational Development Program (PGS RDP)

In the PGS RPD, you’ll join fellow recent university graduates for an extensive two-year cycle of learning and discovery. Our program is designed to build versatile leaders by providing cross-functional experiences through three to four rotations within our manufacturing sites. We will equip you with the insight, knowledge and skills you need to define what your future path at Pfizer could look like.

We support programs like the PGS RDP because we understand the importance of investing in our future and in people like you, with the diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives we need.

We hire locally at each participating pharmaceutical manufacturing site and your placement depends on your current geographical location, your preferences and our business needs. But wherever you land, we offer you all the resources you need to get your career off to the very best start. You’ll have full access to a global network of both professional and peer mentors, exposure to senior-level management and countless opportunities for career development and learning at a company that is passionate about its people, our communities and our environment.

We believe in our potential to create a better future. It all begins with building yours.
