Mary McLeod is Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources, for Pfizer Inc. Ms. McLeod is responsible for driving growth in the corporation through the design and implementation of effective organization and people strategies.

She has more than 25 years of experience working with companies to accelerate growth by enhancing the effectiveness of organizations and their people. Ms. McLeod specializes in helping companies develop the strategy, structure, culture and people needed to exceed business goals and achieve long-term exceptional performance. She has expertise in start-up, turnaround, and high-growth companies, notably in aligning business practices with corporate goals, strategies, and values.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. McLeod held Head of Human Resources positions for Symbol Technologies and Charles Schwab & Company. Earlier in her career, Ms. McLeod worked at Cisco Systems and General Electric, where she was Head of HR for several businesses and involved in all phases of global mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. McLeod started her professional career with Accenture, where she held expatriate assignments in Brazil and Australia. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master's degree from the University of Missouri.
